 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
 ½ cup Butter (the real deal)
 6 Eggs
 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or other favorite milk item)
 2 tbsp Cinnamon
 1 Package of Gluten Free CanyonHouse Brioche Bread
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (I make my own but any will do)
Topping
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 1 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar

Use your kitchen scissors to cut brioche bread into cubes, set aside in a bowl.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add one cup of brown sugar. Coat the bottom of a 9x13 pyrex dish then pour brown sugar/ butter mixture in the bottom of the pan.

Add brioche cubes on top of butter/brown sugar mixture.

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over the top of the brioche bread. Sprinkle the toppings except the powdered sugar.

Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.

It should come out bubble and WARM. Sprinkle powdered sugar by hand or a duster. We always have to taste test, so don't judge the right corner.
